staff has the knowledge and expertise to provide you
with outstanding service for years to come! We
understand the importance of each printed piece to
our customers, regardless of the size of the
project.
Our Customer Service Representatives are
responsible for a customer's job from the moment it
comes through the door until the time it's printed
and shipped out. This includes everything from
reviewing specs, making sure all job elements are
present, writing up work orders, scheduling,
tracking, troubleshooting, routing and billing.
CSRs provide current and updated information on
all projects to department heads throughout the
plant. They are your communication link to all
departments, serving as your "eyes and ears"
throughout the production and distribution of your
product. They handle each of your jobs as though
they are your employee in our plant.
